Deacon Agathine saluted all musicians who have and are still contributing to our music industry. He called on all those present to keep cherishing the good souvenirs left by the late Keren.

He also urged the authorities concerned to keep a moment of silence at the opening of the new music stadium, to pay tribute to singers and musicians who have passed away.

On behalf of the Seychelles Musicians Association, Jean-Marc Volcy sympathised with the family of the late Keren and called on the congregation to remember him not only as a bassist but as one of the greatest talents of Seychelles.

The late bassist died last Sunday in the intensive care unit at the Seychelles Hospital after a short illness.
