SCTA Riyadh Branch offers Tourism Information Centers inside Al Janadriyah Festival
Almasalla Arab Travel Portal News – SCTA Riyadh Branch is currently operating three Tourism Information Centers (TICs) inside the ongoing 29th Al Janadriyah Cultural and Heritage Festival in addition to offering a number of licensed tourist guides.
The TICs contain print material, maps, photos on the festival and tourism and historical sites in Riyadh. Also they include electronic equipment operated by members of SCTA staff who provide festival visitors with various and necessary information on the activities and events in the Riyadh province in particular and the Kingdom in general.

Noteworthy, SCTA in its efforts to introduce tourists to the tourism sites and to promote tourism facilities, activities and services, has established five Tourism Information Centers inside major airports, and these are run by operators around 16 hours a day. In addition to 15 centers inside the museums, and major malls across the Kingdom, besides deploying 150 auto e-information centers operating around the clock connected to internet for content update, and providing comprehensive data covering different tourism services.
On ton of SCTA’s provided services comes the Tourism Communication Center via the toll-free number (19988), which collects information about tourism offers from tourism centers, companies and facilities in order to provide center’s inquirers with the information, besides providing information on the tourism events, tickets and hotels booking, hospitality prices, restaurants, tourism services locations and the like information to tourists.
