Embassy Suites Hotels Names Top Hotels of 2013
All-suites Brand Names "Connie" Award Winners and Others at Brand-wide Town Halls
Almasalla Arab Travel Portal News – Embassy Suites Hotels, the Hilton Worldwide brand of upper upscale, all-suite hotels, recently announced its top performing properties of 2013. Over the last two weeks, hotel general managers and directors of sales came together in a series of events around the country called the Shine Town Halls in order to share best practices and hear the latest news from brand leadership.
The Connie Award, named after Hilton Worldwide founder Conrad Hilton, is awarded to the top performing hotels of the year based on three key components: quality assurance audits measuring cleanliness, condition and brand standards; customer satisfaction scores rating staff service; and the quality of the hotel’s physical accommodations.
First place for the prestigious Connie Award was presented to Embassy Suites Loveland – Hotel, Spa & Conference Center in Colorado, a Connie winner for three consecutive years and a John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts property. The Connie Award was also presented to the following properties:
- Second Place- Embassy Suites Houston – Downtown
- Third Place- Embassy Suites Fayetteville/Fort Bragg
