Denis Private Island back in for international award nominations
aTP- Arab tourism portal News – Seychellois-owned Denis Island is once again in contention for three potential World Luxury Hotel Awards, the hotel has announced.
The small coralline island to the north of the main inner island archipelago – with its 25 private cottages, farm-to-table dining concept and vibrant sustainability and conservation programmes – has been nominated for awards in three categories: Best Scenic Environment, Best Private Island and Best Hideaway.
Denis Private Island is no stranger to the World Luxury Hotel Awards list, having won the Best Scenic Environment Award for two years running in 2014 and 2015, and Best Private Island in 2015 as well.
According to Group Branding, PR & Communication Manager Nicole St Ange, Denis may not fit the typical mould of a luxury property, but that doesn’t stop guests from treating the island experience as a luxury in itself.
