357-room Warwick Hotel Dubai to open January, 2014
Almasalla Arab Travel Portal News ….Warwick International Hotels (WIH) is preparing to unveil its first Dubai hotel, and the fifth in the Middle East, with the opening of the 357 room Warwick Hotel Dubai in late January 2014.
The hotel company’s fifth opening comes only two years after setting up with its first hotel under management in the region with the Winter Valley Warwick Resort & Spa in Jordan. Since then WIH has also opened the Warwick Il Palazzo Hotel & Suites, Amman; the Warwick Pangea Beach Resort & Spa, Beirut; and the Warwick Palm Beach Hotel, Beirut.
The group has also announced plans to open the Warwick Stone 55 Hotel, Beirut in February 2014 as well as the Warwick Hotel Babylon, Baghdad, which is due to open after renovations in Q1 2014.
Warwick International Hotels MENA chief executive officer Jamal Serhan said: “The last management agreements we signed in the heart of Dubai and in Baghdad show the capacity and the willingness of WIH to respond to hotel investors and owners looking for a privately owned and internationally recognized hotel brand to operate their hotels and resorts”.
The new Dubai hotel is to be located within walking distance of Dubai International Financial Centre and come with 357 rooms and suites as well as five food and beverage outlets that will include a deli, an all-day dining restaurant, a pool bar and a restaurant on the 44th floor that will boast 360° views of Dubai’s downtown skyline.
