aTP-  Arab tourism portal- MCLEAN, Va. – Homewood Suites by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton, Hilton Worldwide’s  award-winning all-suite, extended-stay hotel brands, announced today the launch of the "Travel MANager" program. Focused on helping men have a participatory role, the program urges men to get off the sidelines and into the game with tools and resources to orchestrate the perfect family vacation or couple’s weekend. The Travel MANager program brings professional advice, original research and trip itinerary suggestions all together on one convenient digital hub, www.mencanplantravel.com.

"Men are generally characterized as secondary decision makers when it comes to travel, but there is no reason they should not pitch in just like they do with house hold chores or parenting responsibilities," said Adrian Kurre, global head of Homewood Suites by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton.

"Homewood Suites and Home2 Suites want men to become travel heroes, and one way is to take the pressure off of the women in their lives and spearhead trip planning. The Travel MANager online portal combines stress-free planning tools, the latest deals from Hilton and expert insight to make creating quality time turnkey."

Addressing father’s desire to spend more time with their families, the Travel MANager program is kicking-off and encouraging men to plan "Dad Time." According to a recent survey conducted by Wakefield Research polling men about travel with their children, 89 percent of respondents felt traveling alone with their kids was one of the best ways to bond, and 89 percent also were interested in recreating a trip they took with their fathers.

To guide men in taking the reins to plan family travel, Homewood Suites and Home2 Suites have brought together a collection of leading dad bloggers and notable fathers led by U.S. Army veteran, Dancing with the Stars alum and current American Grit mentor Noah Galloway. Galloway, a father of three, will be one of six Dad Time Travel MANagers providing advice, planning tips and photos/videos from personal trips on www.mencanplantravel.com. "Whether I am traveling for business, helping my kids with homework, spending time with friends or doing other activities, setting aside weekends to get away and spend quality time together is key to strengthening our family bond," said Noah Galloway. "Planning a trip is not a daunting task, and the rewards are endless.  Being a Travel MANager means to stop making excuses and start creating family memories."
