Cairo- Orange Data and Telecom Egypt signed a three-year agreement to provide Orange with different options for using TE’s Access network to provide fixed broadband services.
The agreement represents the strategic cooperation between TE and Orange. According to this agreement, TE will avail the TE’s access network in light of Orange Data obligation as per its license to use TE’s infrastructure to provide the fixed broadband services.
Jean-Marc Harion – Orange Egypt CEO stated that “In light of the extended cooperation between Orange and Telecom Egypt, Orange welcomed Telecom Egypt effort to develop its infrastructure, which will benefit the customers in the Egyptian market. We also look forward to consider this agreement a step towards removing any obstacles to provide fixed broadband services.
