Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles former Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine and now President of the African Tourism Board said in his communique that he is wishing the People of Seychelles a Happy National Day.
“On the 29th June 1976 our islands became an Independent Country. Nationhood came with the belief that every Seychelles" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Seychellois imaterial of their colour of the skin, political affiliation, religious beliefs would remain islanders with equal chances and respect.
“The 2021 Independence Day Celebrations is a time to reflect as our country is battling the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic” said Alain St.Ange.
“Happy National Day to each and every Seychellois. This is our day. Together we should work to make our country proud” St.Ange said.
