NEOM, Saudi Arabia – The Board of Directors of NEOM has announced the development of Magna, a luxury coastal destination and the latest addition to NEOM’s regional sustainable tourism portfolio. Located on the breathtaking Gulf of Aqaba coastline, Magna includes the newly unveiled premier destinations of Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo, Norlana, Aquellum, Zardun, Xaynor, Elanan, Gidori, Treyam, and Jaumur.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The twelve destinations of Magna will cover 120 kilometers and aim to set a new global benchmark in luxury sustainable tourism. Embodying the ambitious Saudi Vision 2030, Magna will focus on cutting-edge technology, world-class architecture, and ultra-modern amenities that seamlessly integrate with the natural environment.

 

 

 

Each destination within Magna offers unique experiences for residents and visitors, while collectively forming a cohesive and unified region. These destinations will prioritize the conservation, preservation, and rejuvenation of native flora and fauna, along with the stunning natural landscape. The development will feature 15 luxury hotels, 1,600 hotel rooms, suites, and apartments, and over 2,500 premium residences.

Nadhmi Al-Nasr, Chief Executive Officer of NEOM, stated: “NEOM’s premier coastal region of Magna is a treasure of tomorrow, combining natural beauty with advanced technology. Importantly, Magna will support national economic diversification efforts and the broader Saudi Vision 2030 objectives, positioning the Kingdom as a global leader in luxury tourism.”

 

 

 

In alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, Magna will stimulate the Kingdom’s economy by creating 15,000 jobs in the tourism, leisure, and hospitality sectors. The development is expected to contribute SAR 2.6 billion to the Kingdom’s GDP by 2030, accommodate 14,500 residents, and attract more than 300,000 overnight visitors annually.

 

 

 

Magna presents an unparalleled opportunity for investors and developers to participate in one of the world’s most pioneering projects, with sustainability embedded in every stage from design to construction and long-term maintenance.

 

 

 

Magna is the newest region within NEOM’s evolving giga-project in northwest Saudi Arabia, joining Sindalah, THE LINE, Trojena, and Oxagon.
