Seychelles, was told that the main goal of this mission was to firm up the understanding of International standards and the implementation importance in hospitality industry to create a "friendly" environment for international visitors and also to train people on the high standards of behavioural norms towards visitors with the aim of creating Global
awareness of Kazakhstan as friendly tourist destination.
Alain St.Ange said as he was getting ready for this working trip that he was thrilled to be heading to Kazakhstan. “This will be my first visit to this very big country. It will be a discovery trip for me as I embark on this practical like training mission”
