Novikov Restaurant & Bar Makes its Dubai Debut
ATP- arab tourism portal- Internationally acclaimed Novikov Restaurant & Bar is making its fiercely anticipated Dubai debut on July 22nd 2015. Following its stellar success in Moscow and having reigned as a leading light on London’s restaurant scene amongst the honorary Londoners, this is the brand’s first foray into the Middle East.
The brainchild of recently dubbed Top 3 most powerful Russian entrepreneurs, Arkadiy Novikov – and made famous by its equally A-List following – from global celebrities, to the world’s most influential jet-setters, and a multitude of media personalities in between – Novikov Restaurant & Bar Dubai falls within the portfolio of Arabian Business Hospitality Group of the Year, Bulldozer Group (the Dining & Entertainment Group behind Sass Café, Toko, Movida and VIP room).

The culinary identity of Novikov celebrates innovative dining that merges traditional Asian cuisines with modern trends. Novikov offers progressive oriental experiences from Japan, China, and across South-East Asia. Each dish stays true to its roots, with enhanced elements appreciated by the Dubai market. Guests at the sizzling after-dark destination will be treated to a world-class Asian inspired menu by highly trained specialty chefs led by Executive Chef Shane Macneill – the hottest thing in the kitchen. Shane will bring with him an unrivalled understanding of Novikov Restaurant & Bar’s menu and signature dishes including the tantalising Novikov Peking Duck, King Crab Leg Wasabi Gratin and Toro Tartare with Caviar.
The 280-seat 13,000sqm venue makes itself at home at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road with its own main road entrance. Fusing exceptional culinary offerings with innovative contemporary interiors, the restaurant-meets-lounge rises across two floors, divided into four distinct areas, each boasting a unique flavour – literally and aesthetically. The Bar & Lounge, Sushi Counter, Main Dining Room, Mezzanine Private Dining Room encircle a captivating open kitchen, evoking the spirited culinary passion of a traditional Asian food market while allowing the culinary masterminds to interact with their audience. Brought to life by Geometry Design Moscow, think cool granite walls, natural leather, cracked stone and opulent jade.
