Tourists coming to Seychelles have spoken through their comments on "Trip Advisor" and the better properties have now been rewarded
ATP- arab tourism portal- Accommodation Establishments of restaurants receiving a "You ve won the 2015 Certificate of Excellence" or even better an advice stating you are now a "2015 Hall of Fame" by Trip Advisor is seen as a recognition, not by the Government, but by the users of the country’s tourism establishments.
After announcing that two Seychelles Home Grown Hotels (Treasure Cove at Bel Ombre & L’Archipel Hotel of Praslin) had been singled out eight more Seychelles products have confirmed that they have also been recognised for their hard work for Seychelles.
Le Duc de Praslin Hotel and the Cafe des Arts Restaurant both situated on the beach of Cote D’Or at Praslin have been admitted to the 2015 Hall of Fame by Trip Advisor. The following establishments on their side have received the 2015 Certificate of Excellence by Trip Advisor:- Blue Lagoon Chalets, Villas de Mer, Beach Cottages and Surfers Beach Restaurant.
Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles Minister responsible for Tourism and Culture was joined by Sherin Naiken, the CEO of the Tourism Board to say congratulations to the six establishments which have been recognised by Trip Advisor. "Everyone knows that when you receive such a recommendation from Trip Advisor, it is the tourists coming to Seychelles who have told the world through such a social platform that you stand out as a tourism establishment.
They are the users of our tourism establishments, and they have now pass their judgement on our tourism establishments. Trip Advisor have on their side echoed the praise of the tourists who visited Seychelles after these tourists had dedicated time and effort to post their impressions on social network. The CEO of the Tourism Board and her Team join me in saying Congratulations to you all for receiving the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence or for being admitted to the Hall of Fame" said Minister Alain St.Ange.
