Seychelles Tourism Board continues to support airline companies
Almasalla, ATP News- The Seychelles Tourism Board commits to give continued support to new airlines selling Seychelles as a tourism destination. The chief executive of the Seychelles Tourism Board Sherin Naiken comments came in the wake of a meeting held with Meseret Tekalign, Ethiopian Airlines’ area manager based in Seychelles. Taking office since October 19, 2014 as resident area Manager of the Company, with the resumption of Ethiopian Airlines, Meseret Tekalign said Ethiopian Airlines is pleased to be back in Seychelles.
“We are very pleased to resume our operations in Seychelles, one of the most vibrant and fastest growing economic hubs in East Africa. I believe our extended international destinations across five continents with over 200 daily flights using latest technology aircrafts will serve the demands of air transport from all over the world to Seychelles and vice versa,”said Meseret Tekalign .
The Seychelles Tourism Board said since the resumption of Ethiopian Airlines, it has been proactive in extending its support to the airline company.
‘’It is important every new airlines flying to Seychelles bring flexibility to visitors travelling to our destination and new connections to other cities’’, said Miss Naiken.
