Hilton Taba Resort & Nelson Village Marks 25 Years Of Success
Almasalla, ATP News- CARIO, Egypt – The year 2014 marked the 25th anniversary of Hilton Taba Resort & Nelson Village in Egypt, during which the hotel has been able to position itself as a leader of the hospitality sector in Taba through offering its guests world-class service. Since 1989, Hilton Taba has been, and still is, a landmark hotel with its outstanding location, excellent service and professional team members.
Throughout the past 25 years, Hilton Taba has won a number of Hilton-specific and industry awards including several Blue Energy awards, which is the brand’s recognition of its hotels for delivering unparalleled hospitality services to guests, and maintaining a sustainable operational approach that benefits team members and local communities. In addition, Hilton Taba had the honor of receiving the prestigious Connie Award, named after Hilton’s founder, Conrad Hilton. The Connie Award is awarded to top performing hotels that excel in four key areas, including quality assurance audits measuring cleanliness and property condition, customer scores rating staff service and guest loyalty.

The long-standing hotel underwent renovations between 2004 and 2006, while Nelson Village was renovated and refurbished in 2010. Over the years, Hilton Taba successfully maintained its position as the guests’ preferred choice in Taba from a generation to the next, through responding to the latest travel and sector trends.
Moreover, to complement its outstanding offerings, Hilton Taba implements an integrated environmental sustainability strategy, in line with Hilton Worldwide’s Travel with Purpose program. The strategy includes undertaking periodical campaigns to promote environmentally-friendly practices in the local community, including tree planting, street cleanliness and natural reserves cleaning campaigns.
