Almasalla,G AT News- SEREMBAN, – Tourism Malaysia has partnered with PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) for publishing a booklet Let s Stop! to boost the country s tourism industry, particularly domestic tourism. Chairman of Tourism Malaysia YBhg Tan Sri Dato ‘Sri Dr. Ng Yen Yen launched the booklet & Treat Seremban Rest Area (Southbound), Punjab, here today.
 

"I believe that this handbook will help tourists plan their holiday and make the journey in which long highway is becoming more attractive," said Tan Sri Dato ‘Sri Dr. Ng while connecting that 86.1% of domestic tourists use their own vehicles when traveling in the country.
 

He said, ‘Highway To The Cuti-Cuti 1 Malaysia You’ has been selected as the official slogan of this handbook as it meets the objectives of the joint venture between Tourism Malaysia and PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS), which is to promote and uphold the national tourism industry.
  

"Let’s Stop Publishing! is also timely as Malaysia is celebrating Visit Malaysia Year 2014 and is preparing to implement campaigns Year Festival Malaysia 2015 "said Tan Sri Dato ‘Sri Dr. Ng.

 

Meanwhile, PLUS managing director Dato ‘Noorizah Hj Abd Hamid said, upgrading and Rest Areas Rawat (R & R) is one of the strategies PLUS to make highway safer and more convenient.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"With the R & R, the user can stop a moment to rest before resuming their drive with a fresher and more focused. Let handbook Stop! This also provides an opportunity to highlight PLUS cuisine and special dishes that are on R & R selected on the PLUS highway network, "he continued.

 

Let guidebook Stop! It features 16 Rest & Recreation (R & R) PLUS an upgraded and various attractive tourist destination that can be visited complete with distance from the exit toll plazas traveled. In addition, this book also suggests specials on selected R & R along the North-South Highway.

 

It is available for free at the Tourism Information Centres (TIC), State Offices of Tourism Malaysia and tourism exhibitions accompanied by Tourism Malaysia.
