Quiet Room® label: new website & search engine for quiet hotel rooms
Almasalla,Gate Arab Tourism News- Noise is complaint No.1 among hotel guests world wide and in answer to the growing demand for quiet hotel rooms, a new initiative has been launched: the Quiet Room® label.
On www.quiethotelroom.org, travellers can search and find hotels carrying the label, which means one or more of their rooms are guaranteed to be quiet.
The Quiet Room® label is the initiative of the Dutch KGI-group, specialists in sound insulation. Hotels wishing to acquire the label can let KGI test some or all of their hotel rooms. If these meet the required standards, KGI will certify the rooms.
Hotels are then allowed to carry the QR-label and use it in their marketing. In addition, they will be included in the exclusive search engine for quiet hotel rooms on www.quithotelroom.org.
Hotels which do not meet the QR-label standards can have their rooms soundproofed by KGI in order to acquire the label.
