Zaazou receives a statement from the Minister of Health that Egypt is safe and healthy precautionary measures against the virus, "Corona" to prevent its spread

Almasalla Arab Travel Portal News – Mr Hisham Zazzo Minister of tourism has received report from Dr. Adel Adawi Minister of Health and Population assured that Egypt is completely safe from Corona virus, and that there is not a single new case. Only one infection was posted, and all other suspected cases had negative results for Corona Virus.

 
In a press statement, his Excellency noted that all the preventive and precautionary measures are taken, including the Ministry of health and population warning of citizens wishing to perform Hajj and Umrah to defer travel to Saudi Arabia after the increase of the number of cases there. He noted that the warning did not include all citizens but of specific age groups, including children below the age of 15, and the elderly over 65, pregnant women, patients with chronic diseases such as chronic cardio-thoracic diseases, kidney disease and immunological dysfunctions . These diseases are the most at risk of contracting the infection.

The enhancement of control measures at airports and seaports concern those coming to Egypt from places where the virus has spread in order to avoid its spread in Egypt, pointing out that all the tourist areas are completely safe and do not have any cases of infection by the Corona Virus.

The awareness among the masses of passengers in coordination with tourism operators to and from Saudi Arabia is one of the most effective means of preventing the spread of the virus, in addition to raising health awareness in Egypt to fight infection.
