Prince Sultan bin Salman presents tourist guide licenses to Governor of EP and Al Ahsa Mayor
Almasalla Arab Travel Portal News – HRH bin Abdul Aziz President of SCTA, presented the General Tourist Guide licenses to Prince bin Naif bin Abdul Aziz, Governor of the Eastern Province and His Highness Prince Badr bin Mohammad bin Jalawy the Al Ahsa Mayor. This proud event occurred on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the 2nd Tourist Guide Forum which was hosted by Al Ahsa recently.
As Prince Sultan decorated Prince Saud and Prince Badr with the tourist guide licenses, he expressed his thanks and appreciation to them for accepting them and joining the membership of Saudi tourist guides.
President of SCTA said that, he granted tourist guide licenses to Prince Saud and Prince Badr in recognition of their efforts and effective role played in the development of tourism across the Eastern Province and the Al Ahsa municipality, besides it is an honor for the tourist guides’ activity and a support to the tourist guides in the Kingdom.
President of SCTA also hoped that, granting of these licenses will be a stimulating factor for the people in the Eastern Province to seek tourist guide licenses in order to reflect the brighter image of their beloved region.
For his part, the Director of SCTA Al Ahsa Branch, Ali bin Tahir Al Haji, said that granting tourist guide licenses to the Eastern Province Governor and Al Ahsa Mayor and their acceptance of the same is an important event and it will enhance the tourist guide’s role and will stimulate the local people to join the tourist guide profession in larger number.
