On Monday morning they were received by Alain St.Ange, the Minister responsible for Tourism and Culture at his offices at the National Cultural Centre. It was the opportunity for Mr Omarjee and Ms Bisnauthsing to update the Seychelles Minister of how they are promoting the islands as a holiday destination for Mauritians and as a twin center option with Mauritius for inbound tourism in Mauritius. It was pointed out that during the last months of 2013 Omarjee Holidays even booked a sporting group from Mauritius wanting to use Seychelles as a training camp thus moving ahead the concept of Sports Tourism.

Minister Alain St.Ange welcomed Mr Omarjee and Ms Bisnauthsing to Seychelles and wished them success with their educational visit.  "We appreciate that visiting Mahe, Praslin and La Digue and getting to see as many hotels as possible in just a few days is tiring, but we hope you will have time to also appreciate the breath taking beauty of our islands. Let us together look at promoting the calendar of events we have in Seychelles for Mauritians and this will include not just the annual Carnival International de Victoria of April and the Festival Kreol of October, but also the Marlin Big Game Fishing Competition and more" said Minister St.Ange.

Mr Omarjee said as he was leaving the Minister’s Office that he was overtaken by the spectacular beauty of Seychelles and that Omarjee Holiday would be doing all what is possible to promote the islands in Mauritius.
