Emirates to ground planes during Dubai International runway revamp
Almasalla Arab Travel Portal News – Emirates plans to ground 20 of its aircraft from May when construction work begins on runways at Dubai International Airport, Reuters reported yesterday.
The news agency quoted Tim Clark as saying that although the decision will have an impact on the revenue, the airline would learn how to manage it.
Construction on the runways is expected to end by July 20.
Emirates has about 200 planes in its fleet.
