BANYAN TREE SEYCHELLES WELCOMES FRANCK SEGUIN AS THEIR THE NEW GENERAL MANAGER
aTP- Arab tourism portal News- Franck Seguin has been appointed General Manager of the Banyan Tree Seychelles. This week he paid a courtesy call on Minister Alain St.Ange, the island’s Minister responsible for Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine accompanied by Mourad Essafi, the resort’s Director of Sales and Marketing. Also present at the meeting was Anne Lafortune, the PS for Tourism.
"It is a great honour for me to have the opportunity meeting you for my very first official visit in Seychelles and I would like to thank you again for your warm welcome and transparency for this first meeting" said Mr Seguin after the meeting with touched on future plans for the resort.
Mr Seguin holds an experience of more than 20 years in the hospitality industry and has held several General Manager assignments in Morocco, French Caribbean and Mauritius. Prior joining Banyan Tree Seychelles, he was the General Manager for Angsana Balaclava Mauritius.
Minister St.Ange and PS Lafortune welcome Mr Seguin to Seychelles and said they were looking forward to continue to work with him for the betterment of the Seychelles tourism industry.
They also discussed the continued support for the Tourism Academy’s ADHM Graduates and said that the adequate renumeration packages for these young Seychellois was today an essential support by hotels and resorts for the island’s tourism industry.
