CULTURAL AMBASSADOR APPOINTED IN LEBANON FOR SEYCHELLES
aTP- Arab tourism portal- Abdul Jalil Mohamad had been appointed Cultural Ambassador for the Seychelles in Lebanon. The Certificate of Appointment was presented to Mr Mohamad by Minister Alain St.Ange, the seychelles Minister responsible for Tourism and Culture in the presence of PS Benjamine Rose, the PS for Culture and PS Anne Lafortune, the PS for Tourism at the ESPACE Building Offices of the Ministry in Victoria.
Mr Mohamad is a known and respected singer in his own right and is also a business man in Lebanon. Cultural Ambassadors are appointed by Seychelles to encourage cultural exchanges between countries as the name Seychelles is kept visible. Minister St.Ange appealed to Mr Abdul Jalil Mohamad to ensure that Lebanon is this year represented at the 2016 edition of the Carnaval International de Victoria. He is also set to work with the Seychelles Tourism Offices to help promote the islands in the greater Middle East and the GCC Countries.
