Presidential Elections in Seychelles moved to 3, 4 & 5 December following appeal of more time by Opposition Parties
The Seychelles Presidential elections have been rescheduled for the 3, 4 and 5 December. This is the announcement made by the Chairman of the Electoral Commission Hendrick Gappy. Nomination Day is now set for the 11 November.
This move follows appeals made by opposition political parties for more time to prepare for the coming elections.
It is believed that six candidates will be fighting for the country’s top office in this coming Presidential elections.
