Maktoum bin Mohammed receives CEO of Marriott International
ATP- arab tourism portal- Dubai, (WAM) – H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, received yesterday Arne M. Sorenson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Marriott International, Inc., and discussed with him Marriott’s future expansion plans in the region in general and Dubai in particular.
Sheikh Maktoum expressed his happiness with the visit of the company delegation to the UAE and hoped it would open up new avenues of joint cooperation.
Mr. Sorenson commended efforts being exerted by the Government of Dubai to create an attractive environment that lures investments. He also admired the tourist and economic boom that Dubai has witnessed over the recent years.
