The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) and VDR, the German business travel association today announced an additional 20 percent capacity for attendees looking to register for the GBTA Conference Berlin, 12-14 November, which this year incorporates VDR’s autumn symposium.
On the fifth anniversary of the association’s event, GBTA announced that it has attracted record numbers of corporate buyer registrations and expects to reach a total delegate number approaching 800, reinforcing its position as Europe’s largest business travel conference.
“A combination of the partnership with VDR, the commitment from GBTA’s regional members and other partners, more than 20 education sessions, seven leading CEO featured speakers, a high ratio of corporate buyers and a prime location at the heart of the economic recovery in Europe have all contributed to such phenomenal interest,” said Catherine McGavock, GBTA’s Regional Director for EMEA.
The event is scheduled to commence three days after the city celebrates the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.
