Almasalla,Gate Arab Tourism News- Business travel does not have to be solely business-centred and stressful all the time. It can be also taken in with fun with a tropical flavour, and Eden Bleu Hotel, a new addition to the Seychelles  tourism industry, offers world-class accommodation and one of its unique selling points is that it is ideal for both the business and leisure travel.

Eden Bleu hotel which is located alongside the Eden Island Marina can be described as the most digitally advanced hotel which is set to be opened in the coming days.

Built on the Eden Island off the coast of Seychelles’ main island of Mahe, the Eden Bleu hotel is ideally located between the Seychelles International airport and Victoria, the capital of the islands.  The hotel offers state-of-the-art facilities for world class meetings and conferences.

The conference, meeting and banqueting facilities can cater for up to 340 delegates. The hotel also has small private meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 14 people.

A wide range of services are offered at the Eden Bleu hotel such as complimentary WiFi throughout the establishment, 24-hour concierge, bar, restaurant and a terrace which stretches out across the front of the hotel.

"Those wondering where to host a lavish banquet and private dining, worry no more as Eden Bleu Hotel can cater for all" said Craig Heeger, the MD of the project in the presence of Daniella Payet-Alis, their local Marketing Consultant.

A hotel would not be complete without fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere. The Marlin Bleu restaurant provides a picture-perfect view of the Eden Island International Marina. The Bourgeois Bar and the Empereur Terrace are also unique pieces of the Eden Bleu.

The rooms

After a stressful day of debates, meetings and discussions, one will need a comfortable resting place. The Eden Bleu rooms are designed and equipped to cater for comfort and relaxation. Simple but very chic is how the rooms can be described as they boast sheer elegance and class.

The impressive interior décor of the rooms is a luxury in itself, and creates a perfect environment for a peaceful night’s sleep.

What can be more relaxing than enjoying the spectacular view of the beautiful greenery and granite mountains after a hard day’s work? The Eden Bleu provides a breathtaking view of the mountains on Mahe island and the turquoise blue sea where the international marina settles perfectly.

Eden Bleu is made up of 74 luxury rooms, 12 luxury suites and one presidential suite. The rooms are equipped with mini-bar fridge, complimentary WiFi, 42-inch LED screen with satellite TV, an in-room safe, refreshment station among other amenities.

Business travellers will surely feel at home in their rooms as they can still have a peaceful working environment, as the room is equipped with a work station with international plug sockets and USB data ports and telephone with voicemail facility.

Ideal for the MICE market

The hotel-a first of its kind to open in Seychelles, is targeting what we call the MICE market- meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions-and caters for both the local and international market.

The main ball room is the one which caters for the 340 people seated in theatre-style while if in a banquet, the room can cater for 250 guests.

An amazing aspect of the ball room is that it can be divided into two separate rooms.

Tourism and Culture Minister Alain St.Ange and his delegation from the Seychelles Tourism Board visited the hotel as it neared completion.

He was given a tour of the hotel and briefed on the top facilities this world-class accommodation will be offering.

Amazed by this new tourism development in Seychelles, Minister St.Ange has commended the Eden Bleu team for bringing a new venture in our tourism industry.
