In recognition of its sustainable operations and management, Movenpick Hotel Doha in Qatar was awarded Green Globe Certification on 2nd July, 2014. Green Globe is the worldwide sustainability system based on internationally accepted criteria for sustainable operation and management of travel and tourism businesses. Following an extensive assessment detailing the hotel’s key indicators on energy usage, water consumption and waste output management as well as employee training and implementation of customer satisfaction measures, the property achieved outstanding results and earned certification by Green Globe for the third year running. The hotel continues to work on improving greater efficiencies while providing a comfortable environment and outstanding facilities for guests.
