SCTA discusses development of tourism sites in Domat Al Jondal
Almasalla Arab Travel Portal News – Vice-President of SCTA for Provincial Affairs, Dr. Waleed Al Hemaidi, has recently met with the Chief of Domat Al Jondal Municipality, Eng. Fahad bin Saleh Al Mesh an, at the headquarters of SCTA in Riyadh. The meeting was attended by the Director of SCTA Branch in Al Jouf Province, Hussain Al Khalifa, in addition to a number of staff of the branch.
During the meeting, they discussed a slew of issues related to the development of Domat Al Jondal Lake, Al Deri Neighborhood as well as the tourism events in the municipality.
Dr. Waleed Al Hemaidi, Vice-President of SCTA for Provincial Affairs, said, that Al Jouf Province enjoys great tourism potentials, and emphasized that, SCTA in the region works in collaboration with tourism relevant authorities, praising in particular the efforts of Domat Al Jondal municipality.
For his part, Eng. Fahad bin Saleh Al Mesh’an, Chief of Domat Al Jondal Municipality, stated that, the cooperation between SCTA and the municipality has led to the development of a number of projects across the region and organization of a number of events under Al Jouf Helwa Festival.
Al Mesh’an on the cooperation efforts between the two parties referred to the remarkable success of maritime shows, especially the "Jet Ski" motorcycles event, which was held in collaboration with SCTA Branch in Al Jouf Province, and was attended by over 3000 spectators from local residents and maritime sport concerned people and fans.
