Tropic Appart wins Certificate of Excellence 2013 from TripAdvisor
Almasalla Travel News – Tropic Appart, the first holiday residence to have been born on Reunion Island in 2007, has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence for 2013 by TripAdvisor, based on praise received from TripAdvisor’s community of travelers.
back in July of 2007, the launch of the Tropic Appart Project was deemed bold, as this unique tourist offering was able to take hold on fast-cruising speed. After its first year of operation, the Tropic Appart experienced an occupancy rate of 78%, while the average three-star Reunion hotel flirted with 65%. For 4 years now, Tropic Appart has ranked first in hotel establishments in terms of occupancy rates on Reunion Island, with an average of 88% from 2009 to 2012.
Today, the team of Tropic Appart is honored to receive the distinction from TripAdvisor, which brings together a community of more than 200 million unique visitors around the world every month. The Certificate of Excellence award for hospitality is attributed only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding reviews from travelers on TripAdvisor, representing10% of the most powerful institutions.
This Certificate of Excellence applies to institutions around the world, listed on the site for at least 12 months, with the average score given by the passengers being at least 4 out of 5. The number of notices received during the last 12 months is also part of the award criteria.
This distinction is an important moment for Tropic Appart, because it shows the customer satisfaction for which the team is involved with in everyday life.
