Chairman of Balbaa Tourism and Hotels Investments Group Ahmed Balbaa and Leading Tourism figures at Sharm El-Shaikh city inaugurated the 2nd stage of Integrated Tourism Development project “Lagoon Vista” resort and gardens that is regarded as one of the most luxurious tourism and recreational destinations in the Middle East at Nabq tourist center that adds 160 Hotel suites and Chalets on the Red Sea.
Mr. Balbaa affirmed that this stage represents an addition to the pioneering development project with its 546 varied units of hotel rooms, suites and chalets distributed on the area of resort among a number of artificial lakes, and green areas unprecedented in features and luxury utilities that meet wishes and requirements of various categories of tourists from different nationalities.
He added that the first leading shopping tourism project in Sharm El-Shaikh city was inaugurated in this stage, where a shopping mall comprising 85 shops was opened to feature selected world brands of clothing, accessories, golden jewelry, a number of tourist restaurants and top notch cafes.
He pointed out that the objective of establishing the shopping mall that is called “Al-Khan” is to meet the requirements and wishes of incoming tourists from all nationalities and achieve the ideal model of integrated and sustainable development of Egyptian tourism.
The investment costs of the 2nd stage of the resort totaled around 120 million Egyptian Pounds.
Ahmed Balbaa the Chairman of South Sinai Hotels Chamber and President of Charming Sharm Holding for Tourism and Hotel Development for developing Nabq Bay tourist center said that the company completed the final works for beautification of main street of Nabq Center that comprises many tourism and hotel projects, and about to complete the pavement of the longest cycling track at South Sinai governorate.
