A group of 8 Tour Operators in the Russian tourism market declared their wish and readiness to cooperate with Syrian tourism via the Syrian Aviation Arab Foundation for promoting the Syrian Tourism Product inside the Russian society and stimulate the Russian flow to increase their incoming numbers to Syria within the few coming years.
The announcement came during the celebration organized by the Syrian Airlines station in Moscow last Thursday under the title “Syrian Aviation Friends”. The Regional Manager of Syrian Aviation Station in Moscow Nasser Qidban spoke about the steps taken during the past period and that will follow to upgrade service level for Syrian Aviation passengers, providing encouraging rates for its cards and using most up to date information techniques for electronic reservation, ticketing, accepting Credit Cards payment, and applying sales in Russian Ruble.
These measures availed the accomplishment of great increase in passengers movement on Syrian Airlines during the last three months at a rate of 15%, compared with same period last year and achieving increase in revenues at a rate of 194%.
