Emaar Real Estate company revealed the secret of its new tower under construction in Dubai, which pre-occupied many real estate experts on the world level since beginning of its construction: If it would surpass the Taipei tower of Taiwan in height, which is the most elevated on world level until now or not.
Yet, Emaar the Real Estate owner company of the new building in a statement issued yesterday pointed out that its tower is surpassing Taiwan tower with 10 meters. Accordingly, Taipei lost the throne of its famous highest tower for several years.
The statement mentioned that the new tower is estimated at 512 meters and it composed of 141 storey until yesterday Saturday. The tower forms the main element in a huge urban project cost in total $ 20 Billion. The tower will have 56 lifts that leaps with speed of 1.75 meters to 10 meters per second.
