The U.A.E. “Real Estate” Emar company uncovered the project of “Marina Mall Hotel” that is included in the project “Dubai Harbour”. The 38 storey hotel will comprise 200 rooms in addition to 8 floors tower that is dedicated for a group of most elegant world restaurants.
The Executive President of “Emar Hospitality” group Mark Dardin in a Press Release sent to Al-Masalla yesterday Wednesday said that the company is hoping that the new hotel would contribute in covering the increasing demand over offering five stars hotel rooms in Dubai.
He added that the management of the project is carried out by an international specialized company in hospitality sector, at the aim of providing services featuring luxury and coping with highest quality levels of the world.
The project comprises a diversified collection of health utilities, physical fitness, recreations and guest corridors, restaurants and a 450 car capacity parking lot.
