The Syrian-Tunisian Tourism workshop that was organized by the Ministry of Tourism in collaboration with Syrian Tourism Chambers Federation, Syrian Aviation Establishment and Tunisian Airlines formed an important opportunity for activating the joint tourism action and increasing the flow of the tourists groups in both countries.
During the workshop that was attended by the Minister of Tourism of Syria Dr. Saadalla Agha Al-Kalaa bilateral meetings were held between Tourism and Travel offices and representatives of the tourism activities in both countries, during which they discussed best means and formula that would enhance the tourists flow and exchange of experiences, delegations and activate joint tourist investments to provide an integrated tourist product between Syria and Tunisia.
Dr. Al-Kalaa confirmed that holding of such tourism workshops would boost familiarization of the tourist product in both countries with the possibility of interaction between Tourism and Travel offices as well as conducting direct procedures for increasing the flow of the tourists groups and joint investments.
The Minister of Tourism presented a detailed display on reality of Syrian tourism and its development during the past few years, procedures and facilities that were issued and that entirely formed elements for attracting tourism investments and increasing the tourists flow.
