Renewal of Vows in Seychelles as Bel Air couple celebrates their 60th Wedding Anniversary during Festival Kreol
ATP- Arab tourism portal- Mr and Mrs Elic Alcindor last Friday celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary amongst family and friends at the Bel Air District Administration Grounds. This was also an occasion for them to renew their vows taken 60 years ago. It was Rev. Fr. David Alcindor, a nephew of the happy and proud couple who presided over the mass and renewal of the Vows.
Present at the celebrations was Alain St.Ange, the Minister responsible for Tourism and Culture and PS Benjamine Rose, MNA for Bel Air Nicole Barbe and PS for Education Merida Delcy.
Minister St.Ange said when he addressed the celebrations that Rita and Loic were true role models for Bel Air. "You are today surrounded by so many of your children, grand children and family members because they all love you both. As we are celebrating Festival Kreol, this celebration falls well because this celebration is in its own way showcasing the values of our cultural heritage. The heritage built on strong families. Mr and Mrs Alcindor congratulations to you both" said Minister Alain St.Ange.
Mr and Mrs Alcindor were showered with gifts and good wishes including one from President James Michel wishing the happy couple many more years together.
