Experience Emirati delights at Seven Sands this Ramadan
ATP- arab tourism portal-Dubai, -Throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan, the recently opened Seven Sands, a restaurant featuring authentic Emirati cuisine with a modern take, is inviting guests to enjoy a scrumptious set menu for iftar and suhour, encompassing flavors from across the seven Emirates.
Begin the evening with a refreshing glass of Qamaraddiin, a drink prepared from dried apricot paste, followed by a hearty portion of Thereed, a Bedouin stew originally from the Arabian Gulf. Then complement starters with Harees, a traditional homemade wheat and fresh veal delicacy or Aishu laham or fish or shrimp fouga.
From a menu that is set to change each week throughout Ramadan, other appetizing starters and main courses will also be on offer, including Seven Sands signature Kibbeh Al Bezar, which is baked minced lamb, pine seeds and almonds, infused with bezar, a spice native to the UAE.
Commenting on the restaurant’s Ramadan offering, Executive Chef Rabah Samra said, “Our iftar and suhour menus brings together sweet and savory flavors, which embody the essence of Emirati culture, to create the perfect meal. All dishes on the menu including salads, appetizers, soups, main courses and desserts will be meticulously prepared daily to create a memorable experience and, no two menus will be the same.”
Following the daily delights, guests can end their fast with a sweet serving of Kunafitna, a Levantine cream pastry soaked in infused rose water syrup, cardamom crème brulee and tropical fruits.
For guests seeking to further extend their evening and enjoy a traditional suhour, the restaurant is also offering a delectable Emirati platter comprised of refreshing beverages, an assortment of hot and cold appetizers, and the signature Fakharah, a traditional Arabic ragout baked in a clay vessel, and the heartwarming Um Ali. The ala carte menu will also be available during suhour.
