Hilton Worldwide Signs Agreement to Open Embassy Suites St. Augustine Beach – Oceanfront

New Full-Service Hotel Expected to Open in 2017
 

Almasalla, ATP News- ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH, Fl. and MCLEAN, Va – Hilton Worldwide has signed an agreement with Key International to build a new Embassy Suites, an upscale, all-suite offering, in St. Augustine Beach, Florida. Expected to open in Q4 2017, the 180-suite Embassy Suites St. Augustine Beach – Oceanfront marks the third Hilton Worldwide property in St. Augustine Beach. The hotel is Key International’s first Hilton Worldwide property.

This beachfront hotel will feature 180 spacious suites equipped with a separate living area, private bedroom, and wet bar fitted with a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker.  Suites will also be equipped with two flat-screen high-definition televisions.  In addition, the property will offer complimentary fitness and business centers.

The new hotel will offer the brand’s signature features such as an inviting atrium environment, where guests will have access to complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and evening Manager’s Reception* with complimentary appetizers and beverage.  Embassy Suites St. Augustine Beach – Oceanfront will offer 5,500 square feet of indoor meeting space and an outdoor pool.
