Mohammed bin Rashid visits Dubai World Hospitality Championship
 

 

Almasalla, ATP News- Dubai (WAM) – Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on Friday visited the Dubai World Hospitality Championship (DWHC) 2014 at Dubai World Trade Centre and familiarised himself with the wide array of events including Emirati and Gulf hospitality competitions.

 

The second edition of DWHC is attracting a high level of interest from the global stage as 2600 local, Arab and international master chefs and professional and amateur culinary artists set their sights on winning the championship’s top honors. Taking place from October 30 to November 1, 2014, DWHC aims to promote the UAE unique hospitality and culinary traditions and highlight local and regional cooking talents. The initiative, also seeks to spotlight Dubai amongst the finest multicultural culinary destinations of the world, includes the International Competition, The Emirati Competition, The Hospitality Sector Competition, and The GCC Products Competition.
 

 

Sheikh Mohammed, accompanied by Khalifa Saeed Sulieman, Director-General of Dubai Protocol and Hospitality Department, and Ahmed bin Hareb, President of DWHC, praised the DWHC as a symbol of Arab generosity and hospitality which are deeply-grounded in the UAE people. He wished success for the participants.
