Prince of Persia Opens Now at Pearl

The restaurant was officially inaugurated by His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser Al Thani, the event was attended by the CEO, members of the board, NAS invitees, and the media.
Samir Moharrm, NAS Food General Manager, said: “We have done our best to deliver a restaurant that boasts the traditional Iranian décor and ambience, whilst also providing the classic, flavorsome Persian dishes, we hope that we gain the admiration of all citizens and residents in Qatar."
He added: "It is a pleasure to see the audience of VIP’s, journalists and media who attended this exceptional event. We were happy to welcome them back, this is the second restaurant from the NAS Food Company. The first restaurant, ‘Just Burger’, is also located at the Pearl and we plan to open more outstanding restaurants satisfying all tastes. I would like to thank His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah and all the members of the Board of Directors who have given their continuous support enabling us to succeed. The opening of such a significant and unique restaurant is a tribute to the vision and drive of our Shareholders.”
The stunningly designed Prince of Persia is the first of its kind at the Pearl, it features a dramatic entrance, through an iconic staircase on the marina. Aiming to address the lovers of beauty and excellence through its magnificent décor and flavorsome menu. A warm, contemporary, luxurious atmosphere which is inherent of Persia, set alive with traditional Persian music, and an exquisite view of the marina. The restaurant is filled with character and ambience, the perfect place to spend quality time where you can feel comfortable and enjoy good food.
The restaurant is located on the first floor of Parcel 5, at the entrance of the Pearl with a capacity of 84 seats. It is open daily from noon until midnight, serving lunch, dinner and Persian grilled food. The restaurant offers the option of seated areas with a picturesque view, or areas inside of the restaurant amid décor that travels with you to history. Dominated by shades and tones of burgundy, with original Persian artifacts that are displayed throughout the restaurant.
Ravan Barracat, Iranian Head Chef at the restaurant said, “There are many signature dishes at the Prince of Persia, consisting of only classic Iranian recipes that have been prepared by Iranian chefs and whose ingredients are all imported from Iran. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of barbecue dishes and for the first time in the Middle East, there is no better way end to the evening than with the wide range of authentic Persian tea.”
