Royal Jordanian receives new Airbus A320

 

Cairo "Almasalla News " —A new Airbus A320, named Aqaba, joined Royal Jordanian fleet on October 19, 2011, as a part of the airline’s medium-haul fleet modernization program, which involves replacing six Airbus A320s and A321s with seven new ones of the same models. The first and second A320 aircraft joined the fleet in September and April this year.

 

 


Aqaba will operate short- to medium-haul flights. It is configured with two cabins and seats 136 passengers in which 16 is in the crown class cabin.

The RJ fleet counts 32 planes built according to the latest eco-friendly specifications and serving 59 destinations spanned over four continents.
