New Hotel Offers Extended Stay Amenities to Guests Near Reputable Medical Centers

The six-story hotel, owned by Carpenter and Torgerson II, LLC, is the fifth Homewood Suites property in the state and features 108 suites. Dan Nelson, general manager, and Gail Nelson, director of sales, have been in the hotel industry for a combined 40 years.

The hotel is located at 165 13th Avenue SW, across from St. Marys Hospital and a short distance of the Mayo Clinic.
