INTERCONTINENTAL DUBAI MARINA SHARES IFTAR WITH THE CITY’S TAXI DRIVERS
ATP- Arab tourism portal- Dubai, – Inspired by the spirit of the Holy month of Ramadan, the new InterContinental Dubai Marina shared Iftar meal boxes with taxi drivers in the city this week.
Thanking some of the city’s busiest workmen and women, a team from the new luxury hotel in the heart of the Dubai Marina are distributing hundreds of meal boxes filled with Arabian delicacies and refreshments over the course of three days, between Sunday 21 and Tuesday 23 June, just in time for Iftar.
“Taxi drivers play a key role in showing travellers around the Emirates, especially in the heat of the summer when our guests rely on their valuable services more than ever. We wanted to show our appreciation for their efforts and commitment through this gesture during the holy month of Ramadan. ”said Michael Martin, General Manager at InterContinental Dubai Marina.
To mark the Holy Month of Ramadan, InterContinental Dubai Marina will also be welcoming residents, guests, families and friends for Iftar at Accents Restaurant, featuring a delicious variety of Arabic and international delights.
InterContinental Dubai Marina is located in the heart of the Dubai Marina. The hotel is part of the Bay Central development, near key locations such as the Dubai Tram and Metro, and is walking distance from Jumeirah Beach Road and The Walk on JBR.
